The house is amazing, great for families! The kitchen is by far the most equipped I ve seen in an AIRBNB. I was so impressed! It was amazing, everything worked really well and it was great for surfing everyday as the place is 1 min from the beach, i could check the swells from the roof, that also had tables and chairs! One day i lost a set of keys and the next dday they brought me back a new one with no questions asked. Amazing, fully recommend the place!

There’s also a lovely courtyard with a barbecue and a dedicated surfboard storage room. Parking is conveniently located right by the front door, making it easy to come and go. The owner is wonderful and provided us with thorough information about local spots to visit and recommended viewpoints, which made exploring the area so much easier. The house is wonderful. We have spent some great days. And the weather has been pretty bad. The house has all the comforts. The kitchen could be the one in my own house, except there is no washing machine. There is a laundromat five minutes away by car. If we ever return to the area I would not hesitate to stay at Fernando's house again.

They warned us of a party with loud music going on nearby and offered to find us somewhere else, but we ended up having a blast at the party ourselves! We would definitely come back!

The house is ideally located on the small island of Baleal and therefore right on the beach. Every room has a sea view and upstairs there is a roof terrace with a fantastic view. Everything was clean and very well equipped and the communication with Fernando and Luciana was great. We had a great time and would book again at any time!

We spent 6 days in the property and loved it. The house is on the peninsula of Baleal, which is definitely the nicest spot in the area. Both bedrooms have a view on the sea and were very quiet. There is a large carpark close to the house, which is very practical (although I heard that in high season parking can become more complicated). The kitchen is well equipped and basic supplies were already provided, we didn't need to shop for sponge, garbage bags, etc. Towels were provided for both bathroom and the beach, which we appreciated. We will definitely try to rent the same place next time we visit the area.
