Extra blankets if needed (came mid-February and they were necessary, small heaters). Everything for cooking. Items for playing on the beach. If I come back to Baleal it will definitely be here! We were very happy with our stay! The pictures accurately represent the rooms, and the view was just as breathtaking as shown. The house was cleaned during our stay, and we received fresh towels. We loved it! The beach access is incredible. We were three adult women, and had plenty of space. I personally slept in the loft and it felt very private. We discovered a closet full of chairs and beach items which we enjoyed! It was easy to explore Baleal from here on foot. Also, we booked about 2 hours before we arrived and everything was smooth, we so appreciated it!

Wonderful house in a perfect location. Just 2min to the beach and a nice small garden in front of the living room. All amenities within walking distance. Surf schools teach directly on the beach below the house. We'll be back :-)

We had a great time with our two children. We particularly liked the location. You can see the sea from the living room and one of the bedrooms. On the terrace you feel like you are right on the beach. The beaches are ideal for surfing, we had a lot of fun and there are many opportunities to rent surfboards and wetsuits. Super well located property, steps from the sand and with a wonderful view of the sea. We didn't lack for anything during our stay, the house even has beach toys for children and beach blankets. We spent a few days at Baleal beach and one day we went to Berlengas (Fernando recommended using the company Viamar for the boat transfer and it worked really well. Thanks Fernando!). The contacts during the stay were with Luciana, who was always very attentive and quick to respond. I highly recommend this residence for a group or family stay.

This place is amazing. First time ever in Baleal and this location was perfect. This apartment is very walkable with beautiful ocean views from two levels. If you surf, this spot is a no brainer. If you’re just looking for a scenic spot to stay, also great. I used it for a 4 day “retreat” to get some work done and surf - the wifi was fast and local amenities just a few steps away. Could not be happier!

Extremely well placed for Baleal! You feel like you are alone in the world facing the ocean, a real treat. The accommodation is very functional, very good for a family of 5. The surf beach is right at the foot of the house and it is very very practical for surfers!!! The frames deserve to be redone, and the skylights in the upstairs bedroom do not work, which is a shame for ventilation and heat. The apartment is literally 50 meters from the beach and offers a splendid view. It is located in a quiet / family condominium with a shared interior patio. The set is a bit dated including the interior but remains ideally located with a magnificent view. The apartment has 2 levels. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and the top floor is a large space with 2 single beds - ideal for children. The environment is pleasant with various shops within walking distance. Very good family stay.

The house has a perfect location close to the beach and shops/restaurants. The ultimate place to stay if you want to surf. The location is unique with a view straight to the sea and a good surf spot just below the house. There is a practical outdoor shower in the backyard that can be used to rinse wetsuits and surfboards. The house has all equipment, including a dishwasher, in a spacious kitchen. One of the bathrooms has a washing machine. Good size in the bedrooms. One bed had a slightly hard mattress (for our taste) but otherwise the other beds were good. The house has a practical living room with a door to the patio. We missed an outdoor table and perhaps it would have been good with a "sunbed". Otherwise everything was perfect. There are options for grilling in a cozy backyard. We traveled with two children of primary school age and the house is designed for families with children. We warmly recommend the place to others!

The view of the ocean was incredible and the soothing sound of the waves really took away all the stress and set us on the holiday mood.The beds were comfortable and the house had all the things we needed and it was well cleaned. We had a wonderful stay in Baleal at Fernando’s apartment. We arrived during a mega storm, so appreciated the fire (logs provided) and extra heaters and blankets to make it extra cosy. The location was great, so lovely restaurant and right on the beach which was perfect for the kids and for my surfer husband. There are many great places to visit nearby- Nazare, Sintra, Obidos, Foz etc. Fernando was always on hand to help with any questions. He is a great host. We highly recommends this place for a relaxed beach holiday.
